Foot orthotics is a device designed to restore your natural foot function.

Specific sports orthotics realigns the foot and ankle bones to their neutral position, thereby restoring natural foot function.

They give a more even weight distribution and provide shock absorption in high impact sports. 

Imbalances in the foot can result in abnormal foot motion, supination or over-pronation.

This can impair foot function which may result in abnormal biomechanical alignment of the lower limbs and can sometimes affect the ankles, knees, hips or back.
