Ability Matters has an expanding expert witness programme – Stephen Newlands is a qualified expert witness, having been trained by La Touche Training in Ireland and has been involved in several civil cases recently, both in furnishing expert witness reports and also court appearances.

When requested by a solicitor, on behalf of either the plaintiff or defence, we will fully assess the patient with regard to their individual prosthetic needs.  This comprehensive assessment will be used to ascertain expected future costs in relation to the most clinically appropriate prosthetic prescription.    

Ability Matters will prepare a report in which costs are calculated over a five year period. This report can then be passed by the Solicitor to an Actuary for them to compile a life time costing.  All reports will be produced by Ability Matters in a timely fashion.

Court appearance standby is available when necessary.
